Transformation Celebration Published annually by Mandala Holistic Health, The Journal features articles by a new generation of health professionals who are transforming the approach to contemporary health care. The major continuing theme that runs through the new disciplines is that individuals can choose to take responsibility for their own health.
The Journal this year is divided into two sections. Part I contains articles by authors who describe and discuss their own special approach to the philosophy and techniques of the new healing methods. In some cases providing case histories to illustrate their particular approach to healing, these individuals present their own unique point of view in an easy to read, informative style. Part II of this volume includes articles by people who have had dis-ease and used it as a turning point in their lives. These individuals decided to choose health and using the new healing techniques, they changed their state of ill health to one of wellness. These particular Journal contributors not only have boosted themselves to optimal health, but have also become involved in presenting their stories to other people; as lecturers and workshop leaders; encouraging others to choose to take charge of their lives and accept the responsibility for their own health.
