The characters of polypropylene super silencing drainage pipe:
Superior silencing performance:

Strong chemical anticorrosion:
The acid-resistant can reach PH2 and alkali-resistant can reach PH12 of the inner layer of pipe. Chemical liquid from PH2 to PH12 is feasible for outputting through the PP pipe.
Excellent high temperature resistance:
Polypropylene resins of silencing drainage pipes have higher Vicat softening point which is greater than 140℃ while can be boiled; Core of polypropylene after modification has higher melting point and its Vicat softening point is above 150℃, in which is greater than PVC (about 80℃); therefore, polypropylene silencing drainage pipes can convey hot water whose temperature up to 95℃ while PVC drainage pipes cannot transport water which is less than 40℃.
Good resistance to impact strength:
Rigid outer layer can protect middle layer while also gives the pipes good resistance to tensile strength. Polypropylene itself has excellent elastic property: it cannot easily be able to have any cracks when it bears with greater impact force, in another words, the pipes cannot appear with cleavage when they are being distorted.
Advanced way of flexible connection:
Sealed rubber ring inserting connection, easily fix and disassemble. Good nature of flexibility and sealing, do not need adapter fittings. Furthermore, avoid that noise transferred to next fittings when running water rush wall of pipe.
Good capability of environment protection:
Avoiding environment pollution because of in-noxious capability, do not need connection glue, and PVC-U connection glue is harmful last for 15 years.

Comparison between PP super silencing sewerage and other plastic pipe:
There are three sources about the noise in sewerage pipe:

PP pipe’s connection with PP fitting
1) Cut the pipe to the required length. The tools can be handsaw, grinding wheel, sword and Cutting pipe machine. Then beveling the pipe end to 15°~30°, the wall-thickness of the beveling part is 1/2~2/3 times of the wall thickness. The beveling tools can be wood file, manual grinding wheel, and so on. When the sloping part is finished, it should be clean and make it smooth with sand paper.
2) The inner part of under stake part and outside of the faucet part of PP pipe should be cleaned with cotton yarn or dry fabric before connecting of the PP Pipe and fitting and it should keep dryness, dustless. If there is grease and oil on the surface, it must be cleaned with cotton yarn with acetone and others.
3) Check and install the rubber seal. Brush will be used lubricant evenly coated surface in the rubber ring. However, lubricants can not be applied to the rubber ring for the mouth of a trench, the prohibition of the use of butter or other oils for lubricants.
